Launching in May, our Kennington gym offers strength, conditioning & mobility classes in expertly coached group training.
We know that getting fitter is better, easier to stick to & more effective when done together so our community is at the very heart of what we do.
We cater for all abilities; from people with limited experience but a desire to get fit, to those looking to add a technical & competitive element to their training with CrossFit & Hyrox.
Gymnasium was the first certified B-Corp gym in the UK and has appeared in Men’s Health as one of the World’s Best Gyms. All Gymnasiums are registered CrossFit and Hyrox affiliates.

Delta:
Delta mixes constantly changing exercises, in different combinations, to build Strength & Power, Speed & Endurance, Mobility & Balance.
Across the week each session has a different focus; pure cardio, pure strength & a hybrid of both.
Hyrox:
Our specialist Hyrox classes are designed to develop the skills, conditions and challenges of a real event.
Led by certified trainers, and when combined with our range of other classes & our Hyrox specific training guide, these classes will help improve your endurance, strength, agility, and speed..
CrossFit:
A more technical fitness program that combines elements from high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and more.
It’s designed to improve overall fitness and physical strength through varied and challenging workouts.

The classes are kept relatively small so you get lots of one on one coaching, and the coaches give great tips for athletes of all levels. The whole team are amazing. There’s a wide variety of programming in classes but also all the equipment you’d need for doing your own thing in Open Gym. Really friendly welcoming culture at the gym, everyone is so nice and there’s plenty of socials to meet up outside of classes. Would absolutely recommend to anyone considering it!"
